My mother's college friends are really cute. Sometimes I wonder if my friends and I will be as cute and fun when we get to their age. Just listening to them talk about anything and everything under the sun is enough reason to tag along.
Free stuff are great, though, so while they're just second to the actual company the ladies provide, I'm always happy to receive the blessings I, a freeloading tag along, somehow end up getting. One must not say no to blessings, after all!
This time we got to stay at Hyatt and experience a little bit of what the City of Dreams has to offer. By that I meant we walked around and ate some dimsum, although I didn't get to take pictures of the food since the restaurant was inside the casino and cameras aren't allowed inside.
(I still get carded, so that's either a testament to my face or my height. Or both.)
I was told that the rooms at Nobu are bigger and nicer, but I, a lowly peasant, am honestly more than happy with Hyatt's. While the view to our room was not the best, the floor to ceiling window provides nice lighting to the small table they have. It was a good spot to draw at.
The pillows are soft and fluffy. I don't use pillows under my head but they're perfect for hugging at night! The television bears a welcome message addressed to whomever the room was booked under, same with the phones.
It was still a little cloudy when we went out to check out the pools since it had just rained. The place was still pretty anyway. It's probably nice to do a little photoshoot there when it's a little more sunny.
Too bad I didn't get to take a picture of the buildings from downstairs. The dome is especially interesting to look at.
Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay overnight at! I'm very thankful to have been given the opportunity to experience it.

The room-like things are part of the spa, I think. |
Inside the dome is apparently a cabaret? Or so we were told. |
